Lily graduated from Indiana University with a major in Psychology and minor in Communications & Culture. She was hired right out of school at Method Models in Chicago, where she recruited, staffed and managed promotional models for experiential marketing events.
Eager to immerse herself in the world of advertising, Lily relocated to New York City and joined Berlin Cameron as a Creative Coordinator, assisting the Creative Director and Design Studio. This role exposed her to creative briefs, brainstorms, internal and client meetings and presentations, integrated campaigns, and the day-to-day of an advertising creative.
From there, Lily took her skills to Dentsu-owned Carat Media, working on digital marketing strategies for some of the world’s largest brands. Hungry to get back into advertising and infusing her admiration for the human experience, Lily joined the ranks of Kay & Black in January of 2012, where she enjoys representing top junior to c-suite level creative talent and connecting them with agencies nationwide.
When she’s not traveling the world, Lily is rooting for and defending the Patriots to no avail, reading the trades with a side of celebrity gossip, spending time with her enormous family, and admiring her Ryan Gosling mug.
