These sessions assist in making the entry into the creative market a successful one. campus was created when the partners of Kay & Black recognized that graduates didn’t have the tools beyond their portfolio to feel confident in successfully landing a job in the creative world. K&B’s team of talent management professionals will counsel students through invaluable insight and advice on the how-to’s of entering the Advertising and Design industry.
perQ | TALENT OUTPLACEMENT
perQ provides career outplacement services for entry to executive C-suite level creative department talent. We offer services and support for creative talent affected by staff reductions, and we provide specific guidance required for this talented set of candidates. We work with each client to provide services that make sense for them and their employees. We counsel executives about career opportunities and guide each through an exploratory process culminating in a successful transition.
